Public forms are for business-level information only. You agree not to submit patient names, member IDs, claim numbers, dates of service, clinical details, documents, or other protected health information through these forms. PRP may delete a submission that appears to contain inappropriate sensitive information.
No outcome guarantee
Dispute eligibility, negotiation, determinations, payer behavior, and payment depend on facts and third parties outside PRP’s control. Nothing on the site guarantees eligibility, a favorable determination, an award, or payment.
PRP’s role
PRP provides provider-side operational support. PRP is not a certified IDR entity, does not act as a neutral decision-maker, and does not issue payment determinations.
