About Provider Recovery Partners

A specialist operating partner for provider-side IDR.

PRP was built to give practices and RCM firms focused execution across eligibility review, negotiation, filing, evidence preparation, tracking, and reporting.

Led by Benjamin Mankowitz, PRP is developing its operating model around precise intake, visible workflows, and flexible delivery.

Why PRP exists

IDR is valuable work that rarely fits neatly inside an existing team.

Independent dispute resolution combines claim analysis, procedural deadlines, documentation, negotiation, and payment follow-through. The opportunity can be meaningful, but operating the process consistently can create a second job for billing and revenue-cycle staff.

PRP concentrates that work in one provider-side operating function. The goal is straightforward: help clients pursue appropriate matters while keeping ownership, status, exceptions, and financial outcomes visible.

Operating principles

Specific before impressive.

01

Specialized execution

PRP is focused on provider-side federal IDR and supported state pathways—not general-purpose revenue cycle management.

02

Operational visibility

Clients and partners should be able to see stages, deadlines, actions, exceptions, outcomes, and incremental recovery.

03

Flexible delivery

Direct-provider service and referral, co-branded, or white-label RCM models share the same specialized operating core.

Our role

Provider-side support, not neutral adjudication.

PRP supports providers and their authorized RCM partners. PRP is not a certified independent dispute resolution entity, does not issue payment determinations, and does not provide legal advice.
