Why PRP exists
Independent dispute resolution combines claim analysis, procedural deadlines, documentation, negotiation, and payment follow-through. The opportunity can be meaningful, but operating the process consistently can create a second job for billing and revenue-cycle staff.
We want doctors to be able to keep the practices they’ve built. Our part is to take eligible payment disputes off their team’s desk, handle the process, and follow the result through payment. Practices and RCM partners can see what’s happening with each claim and what still needs attention.
Leadership and editorial responsibility
Benjamin leads PRP’s provider-side IDR operations and the development of its eligibility, intake, negotiation, filing, evidence-preparation, tracking, and recovery-reporting workflows.
PRP’s published guidance is written from that operating perspective, reviewed against primary government sources, dated, and updated when material rules or procedures change.
